Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, branding, audience engagement, and social media trends.
You will be responsible for planning content, creating engaging posts, handling day-to-day social media activities, and supporting brand campaigns that connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and campaigns
Develop monthly and weekly content calendars
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels formats, viral content ideas, and platform updates
Coordinate with the design and content team for creative assets and brand communication
Write engaging and brand-aligned captions, hooks, and content copies
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
Track and analyze content performance using platform insights and reporting tools
Suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility
Work on influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and campaign execution if required
Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand identity and tone of voice
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
Good knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, audience behavior, and platform algorithms
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
