• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and undertake online collaboration activities that will boost sales and increase number of online shoppers
• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
• Community management and growth on social media
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirement:
• Degree in Marketing Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.
• 2-4 years of social media management experience
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, excellent
• Communication skills.
