Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage social media calendars for all company accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop engaging and creative social media content that drives engagement and increases brand awareness.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends and insights, and adjust our social media strategy accordingly.
• Work closely with our SEO team to align social media and SEO strategies.
• Use social media analytics tools to track and report on social media performance and adjust strategy as needed.
• Respond to social media inquiries and engage with our followers to build brand loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform social media strategy.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
