A growth-focused performance agency is working with some of Australia’s most exciting lifestyle and ecommerce brands! Their work blends paid & organic with a creative spin, and they pride themselves on being a data-driven consultant in a warm and supportive workpalce.
Due to organic growth, they are now looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role managing both organic and paid social content across multiple brands, while managing a junior supporting you.
What You’ll Do:
Own and deliver organic social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
Plan, brief, and publish content calendars that reflect each brand’s tone and goals
Collaborate with designers, editors, and paid media specialists
Create or guide high-performing social-first content (e.g. UGC, Reels, TikToks)
Stay across trends, contribute to creative ideation and reactive marketing
Manage community engagement and social listening
Optimise content performance using platform insights and client KPIs
You’ll Thrive If You Have:
2–4 years of social media experience (agency side ideal)
Strong creative instincts + an understanding of social metrics and strategy
Confidence working across multiple client accounts with varied tones of voice
Hands-on content creation or briefing skills
Basic familiarity with paid media and how organic works alongside it
Passion for ecommerce, fashion/beauty/retail brands, and storytelling that sells
