Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms for an Allergy Clinic in Vancouver (https://www.providenceallergy.ca). We are working on setting up a campaign to recruit patients for pop up clinics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the growth of our online presence. Candidates should possess proficiency in graphic design tools, social media management applications, and analytics platforms to effectively execute and optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
Create engaging content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and increase organic reach
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to boost brand awareness and sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns across digital channels
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing
Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and social media best practices
Skills
Proven experience in social media management within an e-commerce environment
Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyzing their performance
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles including content creation, audience targeting, and analytics
Ability to interpret data from Google Analytics to inform strategy adjustments
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
