Our holistic approach is a crafted process that combines every important step in creating meaningful product designs viz. Research (UXR), Product design (UX/UI), UX Writing, Illustrations (2D, 3D), and Motion design.
What you’ll do?
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote Pineapple as a brand, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement and traffic to our website.
• Create and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Develop engaging and creative content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and provide regular reports to the co-founders.
• Consistently help in B2B ideation, and create relevant, professional content that will appeal to our target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the UI/UX design industry, and incorporate them into social media strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team and other teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Stay informed about our industry and competitors' social media activities, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms, ensuring that all content is in line with our brand guidelines.
• Work closely with /co-founders, and designers to push the creative boundaries of a constantly evolving content calendar.
What you’ll need?
• 1+ year of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the UI/UX design industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools, and ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and trends is a plus.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Education to prove your skills is preferred but your portfolio is the tool that can twist the story
