Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to help grow our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
Monitor performance and engagement analytics, and optimize content accordingly
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaign development
Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions, etc.) under guidance
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement
Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships where applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools is a plus)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with reels and short video content creation
Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing
Certification in Digital Marketing/SMM
