Job Description: Social Media Marketing Intern
Position Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the social media team to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of social media content to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field of social media marketing and a chance to develop your skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Curation:
• Assist in creating compelling and engaging social media content (text, images, videos) aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Research and curate relevant industry-related content to share on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and videos.
2. Social Media Management:
• Monitor and manage the brand's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to optimize social media presence.
• Implement strategies to grow the brand's social media following and increase engagement.
3. Campaign Execution:
• Support the execution of social media marketing campaigns by preparing campaign assets, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
4. Influencer Marketing:
• Help identify potential influencers and partners for collaborations or sponsored content.
• Assist in managing relationships with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and tracking campaign deliverables.
5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform social media strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to optimize social media campaigns.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
• Assist in generating regular reports on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, key insights, and areas for improvement, and present findings to the social media team.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Salary: ₹2,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
