Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies and campaigns. • Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner. • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports. • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices. • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking. • Assist in creating and curating visual content, including images, videos, and graphics, for social media posts. Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities. • Basic understanding of social media marketing concepts and strategies. • Creativity and ability to think outside the box when creating social media content. • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop are a plus. • Prior experience in managing social media accounts (personal or professional) is preferred, but not mandatory.
