Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, preferably LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with best practices
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence
Requirements:
• A graduate from any recognized university.
• Demonstrated passion for social media platforms and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with popular social media management tools
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
• Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing.
