Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Social Media Associate Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategy. As a Social Media Associate Intern, you will support our efforts to enhance our client's brand presence and engagement across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for our clients.
- Create engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Schedule and publish social media posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Assist with community management, including responding to comments and messages.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms like Instagram, FB, and YT and their functionalities.
- Understanding of Google My Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Previous experience in social media management or content creation is a bonus.
