Position: Social Media Marketing Intern
Location: Lagavi HQ, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Type: Paid Internship
Reports to: Social Media Manager / Founding team

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team by engaging with our online community, contributing to strategy development, and executing our digital marketing initiatives. This internship offers a chance to gain valuable experience in social media marketing, influencer strategy, research, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Engagement:
• Identify and connect with relevant individuals, influencers, and potential brand advocates to increase Lagavi's online traction.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in conversations across various social media platforms.
Monthly Strategy and Analysis:
• Participate in monthly strategy meetings with the marketing team to brainstorm and analyze social media campaigns.
• Provide insights and feedback based on social media performance and engagement metrics.
Research and Analysis:
• Assist in researching and analyzing newsletters, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels to extract valuable insights.
• Help in gathering relevant data to support marketing strategies and enhance content effectiveness.
Influencer and UGC Strategy:
• Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns and User-Generated Content (UGC) strategies.
• Assist in identifying potential brand collaborations and contribute to public relations efforts.
Event Support:
• Assist in planning and executing physical events and activities at Lagavi outlets.
• Provide on-ground support during events to ensure smooth operations and positive brand representation.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and brand building.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing and content creation.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
