Position Overview- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social media Marketing Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling Social Media platforms and deep understanding of financial products, particularly Business Loans/LAP/ HL. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for using different social media platforms like of Linked in, Facebook, Google , Twitter, Instagram, company website and other platforms and convey the people for loans specially business loans.
Key responsibilities for social media managers
Social media marketing managers’ responsibilities revolve around organising and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat). Typical responsibilities include:
Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
Should have perform on page and off page promotion
Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy
Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Must be Graduate.
2. Having at least 4-5 years of experience in handling social media platforms.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Deep understanding of Financial Products like of Business Loans, LAP and HL.
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial products is a plus.
