The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our Social Media Department. In this role, you'll drive strategy while developing a high-performing team that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Reports to: Director of Client Operations & Director of Creative Operations
Direct Reports: 10 team members

What You'll Do
Lead our dedicated Social Media Department – Mentor specialists & strategist, foster professional growth, and build a culture of excellence across a 10-person team
Create winning strategies – Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven approaches that deliver measurable client results
Drive platform innovation – Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging trends across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Manage advertising budgets – Optimize client ad spend to maximize ROI across platforms
Collaborate across departments – Work closely with content creators, designers, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns
Demonstrate client success – Analyze performance metrics, report on KPIs, and proactively identify growth opportunities
What You Bring
3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting
Proven track record of growing engagement and driving conversions through social campaigns
Significant experience managing and developing social media teams
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools
Exceptional content creation abilities with an eye for visual storytelling
Outstanding client communication and presentation skills
