• Must be detail-oriented and attentive to clients’ requirements.
• Must have a creative bent of mind and bring fresh ideas to the table. No plagiarism.
• Must take up end-to-end ownership of multiple social media profiles and accounts.
• Must be willing to learn new trends and techniques when it comes to social media marketing.
• Must have strong designing skills and must be able to create branding boards wherever needed.
• Must be efficient in verbal and written communication with proficiency in English.
• Must be confident, accountable, and reliable to work directly with founders and communicate with International clients.
• Must be open to negative feedback and changes suggested as per the client’s needs.
• Must adhere to instructions and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Manage social media accounts of multiple brands/businesses.
• Thorough competitive research of the brand’s niche.
• Prepare content calendar and scheduling plans wherever necessary.
• Devise innovative growth strategies to achieve higher reach, engagement, follower base, etc. on an m-o-m basis.
• Design high-quality graphics for FB, Instagram, or other sources of content.
• Create video content for Reels, IGTV, and Social media ads.
• Write compelling and relatable captions to go with graphics based on thorough research.
• Hashtag Research to bring in organic reach.
• Engage with the content of competitor brands and potential leads every day dedicatedly. (Comments and DM)
• Engage with people on Facebook groups and post relevant content every day.
• Reply to comments and DMs timely and politely.
• Schedule the content along with captions on auto-scheduler well in advance.
• Measure and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns, ROIs, and KPIs
Compensation - 10,000 - 15,000
