Job Title: Social Media Specialist (2-5 Years Exp)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with exceptional copywriting skills to join our team. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media campaigns across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage our audience. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging social media content and campaigns, social media analytics, and should be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Create social media content & Calendar, and write engaging captions and copy that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
• Interact with clients for requirements and execution
• Manage social media accounts on a data driven approach in various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, & LinkedIn.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust campaigns as needed to increase engagement and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and tactics to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail, with a particular emphasis on copywriting
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience creating social media content, including graphics, images, and videos
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools like Chatgpt
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: Upto 5 LPA
