Social Media Specialist
Reports to: General Manager
Working hours:
10 A.M. - 7 P.M., (Our business requires extensive work on monday to friday)

Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies and campaigns, creating and managing content for webinars and podcasts, handling public relations, and collaborating with external partners to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, as well as experience in creating and promoting engaging content that aligns with the company's marketing and branding objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and curate engaging content (e.g., graphics, videos, photos captions) that aligns with the company's brand voice and target audience.
Engage with followers and respond to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and use data to make informed decisions about future strategies and content.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform social media strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, content) to ensure social media campaigns align with broader marketing and branding objectives.
Monitor social media accounts for any potential issues (e.g., negative comments, spam) and take appropriate action as needed.
Work with influencers and other partners to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
Create and manage content for webinars and podcasts, including research, scriptwriting, recording, editing, and promotion.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure webinars and podcasts align with the company's messaging and objectives.
Use analytics and feedback to measure the success of webinars and podcasts, and use this information to improve future content.
Handle public relations activities, including media outreach, press release writing and distribution, and crisis management.
Collaborate with external partners to drive brand awareness and engagement, including sponsorships, events, and other collaborations.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, PR, collaboration, and webinar/podcast production, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns, as well as creating engaging content for webinars and podcasts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with followers in a professional and personable manner.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics, and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and experience creating and managing paid campaigns.
Experience in public relations, including media outreach, press release writing and distribution, and crisis management.
Experience in collaboration and partnership building, including sponsorships, events, and other collaborations.
Passion for social media and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Knowledge of web 3 and the crypto market will be a plus.
