We are currently looking at strengthening our Social Media Management team at our head office at Powai.

We are looking to offer an exciting opportunity to a talented, self-motivated, Social Media Specialist to administer a set of in-house as well as client led social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, planning calendars, managing posts and responding to followers.

As a Social Media Specialist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our brands social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Besides social media management, role involves influencer management, ORM, Brand Management and guaranteed learning curve that will help you evolve as a thoroughbred marketer.

Job description:

· Assist in designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business & brand goals of the accounts & brands you will be responsible for

· Facilitate in setting social media objectives and accomplish them

· Plan social calendar, request for assets and meet delivery targets

· Engage with Brand Heads, understand briefs, collaborate with designers for content and execute campaign

· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, cross align search & brand strategy with social strategy

· Set specific objectives and report on ROI

· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content as per calendar (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

· Assess & monitor impact of social on SEO and web traffic metrics

· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

· Oversee social media accounts' hygiene

· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirement:

· Proven work experience of two or more years as a Social Media executive

· Solid knowledge of all Social Media Platforms, Meta Business Manager, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

· Knowledge of online & social media marketing channels

· Hands on experience in content management

· Excellent copywriting skills

· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

· Familiarity with web design

· Excellent communication skills

· Analytical and multitasking skills

· MBA/BMM degree in Marketing or relevant field

Exp: 1-3 years
