The Social Media Executive is responsible for creating, curating, and managing the social media content of the company. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating Reels, writing content, and engaging with customers on social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
• Create engaging Reels and post content on appropriate social media platforms
• Monitor and engage with customer feedback, comments, and questions
• Collaborate with team members to create and optimize content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
• Develop creative content such as videos, GIFs, and images
• Analyze campaigns and create reports
• Adhere to company policies and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Time management and organizational skills
