Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking for a hands-on role executing targeted marketing strategies across digital marketing activity, developing, and managing digital prospecting, and remarketing campaigns, using your experience in digital marketing strategy & execution planning.
Under the direction from Global Marketing and working alongside the Marketing Manager, and working in a small friendly marketing team, this full-time position plays an important role in providing a connection between top-down strategy and the execution of all VinZero | A2K marketing and communication activities outlined below.
Job Description:
• Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
• Working alongside the Marketing Manager to establish a best of breed approach to the use of marketing automation.
• Work with other team members to hit organizational goals and objectives.
• Create and execute a strong digital marketing strategy & execution plan.
• Developing, managing digital prospecting, and remarketing campaigns
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
Skills and Experience
• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in growth marketing and performance marketing using SEM/SEO
• Well-versed in Paid Social LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing
• Very good in content marketing strategy(paid and organic), marketing automation, and orchestration.
• Experience in Web analytics and reporting.
