The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Social Media buff to drive engagement and initiatives across various communities and platforms. The objective of the role is to drive customer engagement, social interactions and website traffic, with a keen focus on monetization and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
• Ideate and execute campaigns to drive social media buzz around SVF's content by conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating content, planning promotions & contests, etc
• Manage SVF's social handles and cross-collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate campaign-specific content (social graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form videos) across channels
• Monitor campaign performances, and analyze, review, and report on campaigns' effectiveness to maximize results
• Ensure consistency of brand positioning and maintain SVF’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers
• Undertake social media research to gain deeper insight into online conversations related to the Bengali media & entertainment industry
What makes you a great fit?
• You have 0-2 years of relevant experience in social media, preferably from a digital media agency/E-commerce/Media & Entertainment background
• You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker
• You are proficient in Bengali and a movie buff
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or any other related field would be preferred
