What you will be doing?
• Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at establishing and expanding the founder's personal brand, ultimately driving growth for Saleshandy.
• Create and share engaging content that resonates with sales professionals and lead generation reps, ultimately building a scalable and repeatable revenue pipeline.
• Increase engagement and followership on the founder's social media profiles by optimizing existing strategies, improving the user experience, and leveraging best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Plan and execute social media initiatives to ensure the achievement of end goals.
• Own the Social Media Marketing KRs to drive the business forward (we follow OKRs for annual & quarterly goal setting).
• Experiment/build new avenues of social media marketing e.g., Building & manage the community, increasing the presence on YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
• Be the bar raiser for the overall social media experience.
• Put simply, your job is to take some of the best minds in business and make them famous.
