This role, operating Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, involves elevating our brand's presence and engaging with our audience on various social media platforms through creative and analytic approaches.Responsibilities:1. Audience Research: Delve into various audience personas to identify and understand the target demographic that our brand needs to engage.2. Content Research: Investigate and gather content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring it appeals and connects effectively.3. Designing Content: Craft engaging and visually appealing social media content such as posters, reels, stories, and more, aimed at capturing the audience's attention and fostering interaction.4. Collaborative Brainstorming: Work alongside team members to brainstorm and cultivate innovative ideas for campaigns and content, ensuring creativity and strategic insights align.Qualifications:- At least 1 year of proven experience in social media marketing, including managing accounts and creating engaging content.- Experienced with Canva with creating Static & Video Content- Skilled in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.- Exceptional communication and writing skills.- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy decisions.- Ability to work effectively independently.Good-to-have- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Company DescriptionDigital Champ is a leading full-service digital marketing agency based in Jaipur.
