Job Title: - Social Media Marketing Executive
Reporting to: - Brand communication Manager
Job Location: - Lower Parel- Mumbai
Salary Range: - 20000/- to 25000/-
Job Description:-
1. Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer
relations programs.
2. Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
3. End to end management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
4. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
5. Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
6. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
7. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and
ensure a positive customer service experience
8. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media
platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
+. Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and
others.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. 2+ years of social media management experience
2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
3. Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
4. Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
5. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
6. General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
7. Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing
campaigns to capture their
