About EleFant:
EleFant is a revolutionary platform that champions children's growth and development through curated toys and books, in an affordable and sustainable manner. As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we're seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with External Agency: Collaborate with our external marketing agency to ensure that all social media campaigns align with EleFant's brand voice, values, and business goals.
2. Campaign Development: Independently ideate, create, and execute marketing activations that resonate with our target audience, and foster growth and engagement.
3. Content Strategy: Oversee the development of a content calendar, ensuring regular and engaging content is posted across platforms.
4. Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of our social media campaigns. Make data-driven decisions to optimize and pivot strategy as needed.
5. Engagement Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and posts in a timely manner to foster a strong community.
6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies, and integrate them into EleFant’s social strategy where appropriate.
7. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
8. Support Other Teams: Collaborate with other departments (e.g. product development, sales) to manage brand reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong multitasking skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Expertise in:
- Handling Canva, Illustrator and other designing tools
- Hands on BTL activities will be preferred
