Job Description- Social Media expert
We are looking for a creative social media intern to contribute to our digital marketing efforts. The social media intern will be responsible for planning social media calendars, creating social media posts, and assisting the social media team with brainstorming campaigns.
To be successful as a social media intern, the candidate must have excellent knowledge of various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Linkedin, X, TikTok, etc. An eligible social media intern will combine creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create successful posts and drive our marketing campaigns forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brainstorming campaign ideas.
• Social Media Posting on various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, X, TikTok, etc.
• Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Assists in creating performance reports.
• Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote sales, blogs and products
Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
• 1-2 years of social media management experience
• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
• Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
• Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• Entry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
• Ability work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
• Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Academic Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing like: (PGDBA ,BBA ,MBA, Master’s in Mass Communication , MSC.,BSC.,BCA,MCA).
