We’re hiring Social Media Moderators to help manage and maintain our online presence across various social media platforms. As a moderator, you'll ensure a positive experience for followers by engaging with users, removing inappropriate content, and upholding community guidelines.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Monitor posts, comments, and messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues when needed
Remove spam, hate speech, or inappropriate content quickly and fairly
Enforce community guidelines and protect the brand's reputation
Provide insights or feedback on trends, recurring issues, or user sentiment
✅ Requirements:
Proficient in English (other languages are a plus)
Good understanding of major social media platforms
Strong communication and judgment skills
Access to a reliable internet connection and device
Previous experience in moderation, social media, or customer support is a bonus
