🛥 About the Role:
Oyster Sailing is looking for a creative, analytics-savvy Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to lead our digital presence across platforms. You'll craft compelling content, run high-ROI campaigns, and grow brand visibility across our services in Mumbai, Goa, and beyond.
This is a remote role with occasional site visits in Colaba for video /Image capture.
💼 Responsibilities:
• Plan & execute social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create high-quality content: reels, videos, graphics, blogs
• Manage paid ads (Meta, Google Ads); track ROI
• Handle website SEO: on-page, off-page, keyword strategy
• Monitor trends and analyze performance metrics (GA4, Meta, etc.)
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand voice
• Write for web, social media, and thought-leadership posts
• Collaborate with internal creatives, design & ops teams
🔧 Skills & Tools:
• Social media content creation (portfolio required)
• Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• SEO tools
• Bonus: familiarity with CMS (WordPress), HTML/CSS
📌 Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years in social media & digital marketing
• Proven campaign execution and reporting experience
• Excellent video, content, and design instincts
• Passion for travel, hospitality, or luxury branding
