Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Design
Design eye-catching graphics and social media posts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Edit high-quality videos and images for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule posts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
Marketing Campaigns
Set up, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, including email drip campaigns and automation workflows using platforms like Drip, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
Develop and execute strategies for product launches, webinars, and promotions using Kajabi.
Website and Funnel Management
Design and maintain landing pages and sales funnels in Kajabi or similar platforms.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the website and funnels align with overall marketing goals.
Branding and Strategy
Collaborate with the team to create consistent and compelling branding across all channels.
Develop content calendars and strategies to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), and video/photo editing software.
Strong knowledge of Kajabi or similar platforms for course creation, funnel design, and marketing automation.
Familiarity with email marketing tools like Drip, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
Marketing Knowledge:
Expertise in social media strategies, paid ad management, and digital marketing best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
