Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating effectively with target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow presence across all major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content in line with brand voice and objectives. Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Copy.ai) to support content creation and campaign efficiency. Stay updated with the latest social trends, features, and platform updates. Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain consistency. Manage 2-4 brand pages simultaneously with individual content calendars. Key skills : Must have hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Photoroom Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot) for short-form content Strong content planning and creative thinking Familiarity with social media trends and platform features Location: Bandra West-Mumbai Exp: 2years Salary: Upto 3.5LPA Female Candidate Preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): What's your Current Monthly Salary ?
