This role is crucial for building NovaVente into a recognized leader in the B2B IT sales space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement. Experience working with B2B IT sales companies is essential. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with NovaVente’s business objectives. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content across all platforms, including text posts, images, videos, stories, and live streams. This includes content showcasing NovaVente's sales expertise, attracting potential employees, and highlighting company culture. Video Production: Produce high-quality videos, including AI-generated content, and shoot and edit original video content for various platforms. Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with key influencers and industry leaders Platform Management: Manage and optimize NovaVente's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Competitive Analysis: Monitor the social media activity of competitors and identify opportunities for NovaVente to differentiate itself. Sales Enablement: Create social media content that supports sales efforts, such as lead generation campaigns and thought leadership pieces. Employer Branding: Develop and execute social media strategies to attract top talent and position NovaVente as an employer of choice. Influencer Marketing: Identify and engage with relevant influencers in the B2B IT space to expand reach and credibility. Following Industry Leaders: Actively follow and engage with prominent salespeople and thought leaders in the B2B IT industry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) managing social media accounts for B2B IT Sales companies. Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram) and their respective audiences. Strong content creation skills including writing, visual design, and video production (including AI generation and traditional shooting/editing). Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Data-driven approach with experience using social media analytics tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for technology and the B2B IT sales industry. Familiarity with social media management tools. A strong portfolio of social media work showcasing successful campaigns and growth.
