Key Responsibilities: Content Writer : Creating original content/copies Writing and publishing articles to promote products and services of the organization. Editing and correcting copies written by Interns Ensuring that the copies written are factually correct is one of the key responsibilities. Researching industry related topics for new content generation Collaborating with graphics and design team for visual interpretation of the copies Following best SEO practices for optimizing content Interacting with clients and individuals for better understanding of the products/services and identifying new sources of content creation Brainstorming with team members for innovative ideas. Brand Strategist : Conduct detailed research for assigned brands. Develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing & advertising plans that align with clients’ goals and objectives. Create monthly content calendars with clutter-breaking ideas that highlight the story and benefits of our client’s offering. Coordinate with clients for strategy & content calendar feedback, approvals, and insights on a weekly to monthly basis. Work on pitch decks for new projects and campaigns. Coordinate with the different departments of the team to deliver memorable and result-oriented strategies. Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions for all Respective clients. ● Track KPIs and ROI and present a performance review at the end of the month to the senior. Work Schedule: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mumbai. You will be required to work from our office during regular business hours. Who can be the ninja? You have 3-4 years of experience in the advertising industry Bachelor’s Degree in management, marketing or related field Excellent verbal and written skills Team Player Team Manager Self-motivator and exceptional eye to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to wear multiple hats as a part of a growing organization Are not looking for a +-5 job Why us?
