Key Responsibilities
Teaching:
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning in social sciences subjects.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and educational goals.
Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to address different learning styles and abilities.
Assessment:
Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student understanding and progress.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their assignments and assessments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress.
Student Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Support students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills.
Encourage students to explore and discuss current events and societal issues.
Curriculum Development:
Participate in the development and refinement of the social science curriculum.
Integrate contemporary issues and diverse perspectives into teaching materials and discussions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in social science education.
Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Share best practices and resources with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Administrative Duties:
Attend departmental meetings, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school initiatives and programs.
Participate in school committees and contribute to the overall school environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, History, Geography, Political Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
