Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Studies Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Social Studies for grades 6 to 10 and a proven track record of engaging students with innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Social Studies aligned with the relevant curriculum.
- Create and provide chapter-wise notes, recorded lessons, and question banks for students.
- Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions and career guidance workshops on Zoom (if applicable).
- Design model papers and quizzes to evaluate student understanding.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve and update study materials.
- Use technology to deliver interactive and effective learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Social Studies at the primary or secondary level.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
Skills Required:
- Strong command of Social Studies concepts and their practical applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing learning materials.
