- We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. ), and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, etc.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize ad campaigns.
- Create compelling and high-converting ad copy and visuals.
- Set up and manage campaign budgets, bids, and targeting options.
- Track and monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics (e. , clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition). Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into campaign effectiveness and audience behavior.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously analyze and refine campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.
