Job Description
We are looking for a Soft Skill Trainer for one of our clients. Preferable candidates should be ready to travel.
Responsibility -
Key responsibility includes providing training and up skilling of resources hired for corporate operation management
Design and develop the training content
Design and develop regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training
Track individual performance during and after the pieces of training and conduct refresher sessions on a need basis
Work closely with the management to address the key concern areas arising from knowledge gaps
Responsible for managing the expectations from Internal and External Stakeholders.
Requirement -
Should have 0-2 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer
Experience in Soft Skills/ Behavioral Training
Excellent English Language Proficiency
Excellent spoken and written communication
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
Must be deadline oriented
Excellent Team Player and Good Judgment Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
