Job description, work day and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Articulate and execute a clear vision for the program, aligning with the broader strategic objectives of the organization.
2. Manage the development and implementation of innovative strategies to anticipate and respond to changes in the leadership and coaching landscape.
3. Oversee the design and delivery of curriculum and coaching services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and impact.
4. Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class learning and development programs relevant to various tech domains for AntWalk's target customers.
5. Manage change initiatives within the program and the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and the achievement of desired outcomes with minimal disruption.
6. Understand client needs to create bespoke programs, communicate the value proposition of the L&D programs, and establish strong client relationships.
7. Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals.
8. Uses their written proficiency to create quality content on various subjects within the leadership and coaching domain and ensure that the curriculum and relevant material are available on Antwalk's role readiness platform.
+. Interview and evaluate potential experts, assessing their suitability to AntWalk's business model.
10. Works with industry experts to define course outlines and the entire program curriculum.
11. Executes the process of developing self-learning videos with the help of experts. Align experts for self-learning modules and live classes.
12. Manage the entire L&D program, develop the overall strategy, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
