Licensing&SAM is growing up very fast and requires a lot of new resources.
We are on the fronline of any new trends(containers, Cloud, AI, FinOps….)
Our main functions and targets:
Saving money(cost) – Cost Optimization and Savings
Reduce risk – License Compliance and Risk Mitigation
Minimize waste (effective Software Assets management)
We are working with Software track systems(Flexera, DesktopCentral), ERP(PRs, POs), with resellers and vendors(managing some Global vendors and our Software Portfolio Management list), notifications of users about illegal usage or violations, preventing audits from vendors, reviewing global contracts and negotiate the best conditions, keep all our records(license items, purchase records, contracts) in order.
Very important task is making process easy and quick, improvements and Global consolidation where it’s possible.

Job Responsibilities:
We need a teammember in our SAM&Licensing team for daily tracking Software(trials, new installations, new vendors, etc), involving in some global and local SW purchases, vendor communications, improve SAM&Licensing and creation, polishing processes&workflows.
The first year of work – more routine with step-by-step increasing responsibilities and fields of responsibilities; ticket processing; perspectives – responsibility for some zone or vendor fully, continent or part of world.
As advantage, experience with Flexera on prem(Suite) or FlexeraOne(Cloud), SNOW Software, SaaS track tools(Productiv, Zylo, Zluri, Torii…), knowing ITIL, Oracle ERP Plus working with SW, License tracking, management of subscriptions, communications with vendors, purchase processes.
