We are looking for a seasoned Tealium Audience Stream CDP Expert with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tealium Audience Stream, Tealium iQ, and server-side tagging. You'll play a key role in managing tracking architecture, optimizing audience data, and delivering actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and advanced reporting platforms.
Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain audience tracking using Tealium Audience Stream and Tealium iQ.
• Manage server-side tagging projects including planning, best practices, and implementation/migration.
• Design and implement onsite tracking with Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
• Build and manage audience profiles for targeted communication and personalization.
• Integrate 3rd-party advertising and retargeting pixels.
• Generate dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.
• Analyze visitor behavior and campaign performance trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, and tech.
• Provide custom-coded solutions as needed (JavaScript/HTML desirable).
Skills & Requirements :

• 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Tealium Audience Stream, Tealium iQ, and Adobe Audience Manager.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and server-side tagging.
• Solid grasp of data layers, event tracking, and tag implementation.
• Experience with marketing and social media campaign tracking.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
