Role: Software Engineer- Global Tech Ops & Desktop
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Jaipur.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Office suite and Outlook. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within the Office 365 environment. Administer internet-based applications, ensuring they are accessible and functional for users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet applications and services. Oversee the management of office facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees. Coordinate with facility vendors for maintenance and repairs. Maintain an inventory of company assets, including hardware and software. Track asset allocation, retirement, and replacement. Implement asset management best practices to optimize resource utilization. Assist in managing visa and work permit processes for international employees. Coordinate company events and meetings, including logistics, scheduling, and organization. Handle event-related tasks such as budgeting, catering, and communication. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Office 365 administration. Knowledge of internet-based applications and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with facilities management and asset tracking is a plus. Experience with visa management processes is preferred. Event coordination experience is a bonus.
