Who You'll Work With
You will be based in Gurgaon office as part of McKinsey Global Capabilities & Services Pvt Limited (MGCS).
You will be working with a group that is responsible for providing developers from our User Facing Tribes with new enterprise data by consuming source data, storing it in central repositories, and building consumption capabilities. This will involve all business value chain activities, from understanding product needs to product development to on-going maintenance and enhancement.
What You'll Do
As a part of McKinsey Technology & Digital function, you will be instrumental in product integration across various systems.
You will be responsible for the development, support, maintenance, and implementation of complex components. Your role will involve tackling relatively complex problems using standard programming concepts and principles, applying your own judgment, and working under broad supervision/guidance from senior engineers/architects. Collaborating with stakeholders and team members, you will analyze user needs and develop solutions.
You will be part of a squad with the technical capability to develop and implement integration solutions, adhering to software engineering best practices, architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited college or university in a technology-related field
4+ years of extensive IT experience, specializing in SAP HR ABAP and related integration architectures
Must have SAP ECP architecture implementation experience from Prepare/Explore till Run or support phase
Design and build applications in SAP HR ABAP
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infotypes and HR ABAP
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR ABAP OOPS, ODATA services, and best practices
Hands-on experience with ABAP, ODATA, SOA Manager, BADI, BAPI, RFC, ALE, and IDoC
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication and authorization mechanisms
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, CPI, and other SAP frontend technologies
Understanding SAP functional requirements, converting them into technical design, and developing using the Restful Programming Language for DDIC, Report, Interface, and Conversions
Experience in analyzing business processes and designing efficient technical solutions
Accountable for code reviews, code scan processes, and dependency analysis to ensure code quality and resolution of defects
Serve as a development lead responsible for timely and quality delivery with the development team
