U.S. Bank is seeking a full-time Software Engineering Manager - Wealth Management CRM in Hopkins, MN.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Software Engineering Manager – Wealth CRM is responsible for leading the team to deliver best in class software experiences for the Customer Relationship Management application for Wealth and Enterprise teams. This role is responsible for engineering the right solution for our CRM platform and delivering for Wealth and Enterprise partners along with leading a team
of architects, engineers, and automation engineers.
Specific duties include:
• Collaborate and provide architectural, integration solutions, design, and lead development teams.
• Lead technical discussion with development leads and guide them on the right approach.
• Collaborate with business line in market research on how other Financial Institutes are making strides in customer relationship and customer engagement space.
• Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices;
• Lead and manage engineering team and prepare High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation.
• Strategize technical solution to enhance the Wealth advisor and bankers experience and deliver it for customer goals experience and create customer stickiness.
• Enable product teams and partner with other leaders to drive empowerment, autonomy, Engineering momentum, and business value.
• Lead a CRM development team.
• Requirement gathering, Impact Analysis and Estimations, as well as developing Proof of concepts before implementation.
• Code reviews, implement best code practices and generate Unit test cases.
• Work in release management and Test Support of the Product in QA, UAT and Production environments which includes bug fixing and resolving technical errors, Environment issues.
• Application development using Salesforce Apex framework, JavaScript, Lightning web components, Leading DevOps technologies and Agile methodology.
• Utilize the following technologies and tools: Salesforce lightning web components, Apex framework, lightning development, JavaScript Controllers, apex backend controllers, GitLab, VS Code, SFDC Platform release management, SOAP API, REST API, Apex development including Apex triggers, Batch apex classes, Scheduled apex classes, controllers, helper classes, and web services written in Apex.
May supervise approximately 5-7 subordinate software engineers in the following positions: Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Automation Engineer.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 6 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) Salesforce application development, configuration, deployment, and integrations experience.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following:
1) Design and development experience with salesforce lightning web components and Apex framework.
2) Lightning development, JavaScript Controllers, apex backend controllers, GitLab, VS Code, and SFDC Platform release management experience.
3) Integrating salesforce application with in-house systems, data hubs, and other third-party applications including document management/exchange using SOAP API and REST API.
4) Apex development including Apex triggers, Batch apex classes, Scheduled apex classes, controllers, helper classes, and web services written in Apex.
5) Migrating applications to Salesforce platform from other platforms/systems or a different Salesforce Org.
6) Salesforce data model design, analysis, data validation, and field mapping.
Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. This position is with U.S. Bank National Association, a U.S. Bank company.
