Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Panelsaw Carpenter at Nicewood Furniture - India. The role is located in Ahmedabad but some work from home is acceptable. The Panelsaw Carpenter will be responsible for operating and maintaining panel saw machinery, measuring and cutting materials, framing, handling finish carpentry tasks, and utilizing both hand and power tools for various carpentry projects. Attention to detail and precision are critical in this role to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
Qualifications
• Carpentry, Framing, and Finish Carpentry skills
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Formal training or certification in carpentry is beneficial
