Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Regression Testing

Job Title: Software Quality Assurance EngineerLocation: Delhi, Noida, Mohali, Bangalore, AhmedabadJob Description:We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and defect tracking systems.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and issues using defect tracking tools- Conduct functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define test requirements- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases- Ensure adherence to quality standards, guidelines, and best practices- Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements in development processes- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software testingRequired Skill Set :- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing techniques- Experience in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript- Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
