Job Description
We are looking for a software tester to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of our chatbot and voicebot solutions. You will be responsible for reviewing software requirements, preparing test scenarios, executing tests, and reporting defects and issues.
As a software tester, you will:
- Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios
- Execute tests on chatbot and voicebot usability, performance, and compatibility
- Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
- Prepare reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and report to the development team
- Collaborate with chatbot developers and business analysts to resolve issues and improve quality
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in conversational AI
To be a successful software tester, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Experience in software testing, preferably in chatbot or voicebot testing
- Proficiency in testing tools and techniques
- Knowledge of conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Kore.Ai, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.
- Familiarity with natural language processing, speech recognition, and text-to-speech technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for ensuring high-quality user experience
5 Days + Alternate Saturday working, Industry standard salary, freedom to try out and work on OpenAI and other models
