Job Summary:
As a PeopleSoft Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of PeopleSoft applications within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of PeopleSoft developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Oversee the design, development, customization, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Provide expertise in PeopleSoft tools, technologies such as PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and others.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and optimal performance of PeopleSoft applications.
• Work closely with functional analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and updates in the PeopleSoft ecosystem, and assess their impact on existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners as needed to support PeopleSoft initiatives.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Provide support and guidance during system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
