Position : Solution Delivery Manager
Location : Mumbai, India
Experience : 12 to 16 yrs
Domain : lending/ Banking/Fintech/BFSI
Budget : 50 to 60 LPA
This is a customer-facing, Techno Function role & demands to manage Solution delivery for multiple product lines.
Expectation for the role :
- Overall 12 to 16 yrs in IT with at least 3 yrs proven experience in Solution Delivery Management
- Must be Go To Guy for Plan, convince & manage customer experience & expectations.
- Handled multiple customers & stakeholders to ensure delivery in defined timelines and negotiate for a course correction where required
- Good understanding of Java, J2EE, MicroServices, AWS, Cloud technologies
- Service Delivery Management in coordination with internal & external stakeholders (customers, Onsite)
- Closely tracking the delivery metrics and ensure Service Level compliance (SLA)
- Having a thorough understanding of the Banking domain of the customer applications
- Timely Reporting and Governance with relevant stakeholders
- Manage the smaller teams through the Tech Leads and ensure customer deliverables on-time
- Capable to solve issues in implementation & Manage delivery expectation of client as required
- Duties of a service delivery manager typically involve overseeing a range of solution functions to facilitate the delivery of superior services to the end-clients
- Good at External & internal stockholder managing & quickly guide team for proactive deliverables
- Look after team & Delivery of Business Analyst, QA, Production, Configuration, Support engineers team
