About the role:
As a part of the Digitalization initiatives for Offshore Engineering, it is required to have a robust project tracking platform that provides senior management with the right information for making executive decisions. In that regard we are looking for an experienced person with hands-on knowledge of Jira Administration
We are looking at someone who has good understanding of project management principles, Agile methodology and prior experience in working in a PMO/Shared Services team.
What skills are we looking for?
Strong Knowledge of Jira Administration reporting
Prior experience in setting up Jira projects based on User requirements and training users accordingly
Efficient in presentation and communication skills
Prior experience in communicating / sharing regular direct updates to leadership
MIS experience in handling large amounts of data
What additional skills are critical to the role?
Should be a fast learner in terms of understanding new skills/plugins and be able to research on assigned topics to derive conclusions and solutions in Jira
Should be effective in communication and be able to speak up in forums comprising of stakeholders, peers and decisionmakers
Should be able to conduct independent training and coaching sessions to participants on proposed Jira solutions and resolve project challenges regularly
Should have solution-oriented mindset, help design and implement Digitalization solutions for different teams and business use cases
