Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the overall technical design of the current and future products and services of the company. This would involve collaboration with the existing tech leads and the management to understand the company goals and requirements and refactor, re-architect solutions to make them more preformant, scalable and secure.
a)Architect solutions in a manner that multiple products of the company can align well with each other.
b)Implement Single Sign on (SSO) across products of the company
c)Convert the existing services appropriately into MicroServices using Docker and Kubernetes.
d)Continuously improve performance of the products.
e)Take responsibility for Scaling the products.
f)Plan new features with an innovative approach for increasing the capability of the existing and new products.
g)Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the tech leads and engineers in the company.
h)Ensure optimum architecture for cross-functional utilization of code
i)Ensure implementation of best practices in engineering
j)Plan and implement the devops practices
k)Take lead in planning third party integrations
Skills Required:
a)7+ years experience in product engineering with at least 3 years in Architect role.
b)Must have prior experience in development and scaling of web and mobile products in a B2C environment.
c)Design Abilities in Microservices Architecture.
d)Hands on Experience in backend technologies like C# (DotNet), NodeJS etc.
e)Expertise in various SQL (MS SQL and Postgres) and No-SQL databases.
f)Should have worked in large scale data processing systems.
g)Hands on experience in design and deploying server instances and of Docker and Kubernetes.
h)Hands-on experience in working with Cloud IaaS/PaaS such as AWS and/or Azure.
i)Experience working in Windows and Linux environments with an ability to perform basic OS administration.
j)Experience of event driven technologies like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
k)Have knowledge of front end technologies like HTML/ Javascript/ Angular/ React etc.
l)DevOps processes. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
m)Understanding of integration with third parties using APIs, Message Queues etc.
n)Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
o)Capability in understanding and aligning with the product vision and business needs to provide design and architectures.
p)Exposure and understanding of AI and ML models will be an added advantage.
