Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and manage cutting-edge Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions in a major Federal Government Department. This role is perfect for an innovative professional passionate about enhancing service delivery through technology. This is an 18 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimise ESM solutions aligned with business needs.
Lead ESM projects from planning to execution and monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective technical solutions.
Integrate ESM platforms with enterprise systems.
Provide training and support to maximise solution effectiveness.
About You:
Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise service management.
Strong knowledge of ESM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience in ICT disciplines, ITIL frameworks, or CMDB development is a plus.
